  • Atama soup is a traditional cuisine in ibibio that people travel far distance to eat. Bitterleaf, periwinkle, palm fruit extract plays a strong role as they are used with other ingredients like spice, meat, and fish. You can eat Atama soup with pounded yam or Garri.
