1. Garlic

Garlic is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant which are capable of destroying factors enhancing snoring and respiratory problems. Many choose to chew raw garlic while some people use garlic as food ingredients. However,consuming it regularly helps eliminate mucus build-ups in the nose, lungs and sinus.

2. Nestle tea

Taking nestle tea 2 to 3 times a day has been noted for treatment of snoring. Nestle tea contains natural compounds that are believed to be potent at warding off toxins and free radicals responsible for respiratory issues. Some research has depicted that seasonal allergy can foster snoring in both men and female. Put a tablespoon of dried nestle leaves in a boiled water, and allow to steep for about seven minutes and then consume the nestle tea while going to bed.

3. Peppermint

To combat snoring, add two drops of peppermint oil in a cup of water and gargle with the solution.

Snoring has been associated with nasal congestion, and steam is very valuable in treating snorting. Traditionally, inhaling steam is a common practice at home to relieve nasal congestion. Some region of the world, mix essential oil such as tea tree oil with a boiling water to cure snorting. Ensue you inhale for 8 to 10 minutes daily until you get desired result.

5. Honey

Honey possess anti-inflammatory properties, this helps get rid of inflammation in the throat and nose for ease flow of air in and out of the body, thus minimizing abnormal noise during sleep. Intake of honey help lubricates and relieve pain linked to inflammation. You can add one or tablespoon of honey to hot water before going to bed.

6. Chamomile

To benefit from chamomile, add a few flowers of chamomile to a boiling water and allow to heat for 12 to 16 minutes. Separate the flowers from the liquid, add a teaspoon of honey to it. Take the warm tea before sleeping. Chamomile is said to contain anti-inflammatory property that relieve the tense muscles and nerves within the nose and throat.

7. Olive Oil

One of the medicinal benefits of cardamom is it ability at clearing up blocked nasal cavity and throat. This is associated with the natural compounds seen in cardamom.
